Long-term partnership and responsible personnel know-how

We are one of the largest personnel service companies in the Turku economic region and we concentrate on producing personnel for our clients in industry, logistics, construction, service field and office work. We offer long-term partnership as well as comprehensive and responsible personnel know-how. Our offices are located in Turku and Pori.

Our turnover in 2010 was about 2,4 million euros. We are a member of the Personnel Services Association (HPL) and our company has been granted with HPL authorization, which requires for example commitment to lawful and ethical actions.

Henkilöstöliiga Oy was granted with the highest AAA credit classification in 2009 and 2010. Only 4,3 % of Finnish companies belong to the highest credit class.

New era requires new ways

The capability to react in market changes is a bare necessity for companies. Uncertain times force companies to look for flexibility also in the use of their workforce and in many companies they have noticed that using rented personnel as a supplementary resource is both sensible and cost-effective.

We concentrate on the personnel needs of our client companies with care and we are very familiar with the needs of the companies especially in South-west Finland. Our course of action is always to familiarize with the company and the offered duty. When you are familiar with the background it is easier to find the right person whose skills and personal chemistry will be just right for a certain work community.

Personnel service companies have differences. Our clients have been really satisfied with the workers we have delivered. No wonder, because everyone of them has gone through a tough selection process. Already one or two days is a suitable test period.
