Henkilöstöliiga is one of the largest personnel service companies in the Turku economic region. We concentrate on producing personnel services for the needs of industry, logistics, construction, trade and office work. We are an authorized member of the Personnel Services Association and meet with the requirements of AAA classification in financial solidity.
Work possibilities offered by Henkilöstöliiga always base on the needs of our client companies. Our client companies need full time as well as part time workers, professionals in their field, people who hunger for work experience and extra work.
Our services
Henkilöstöliiga serves companies in a traditional staff leasing, direct recruitment as well as TA-arrangements when it comes to outsourcing. We offer qualified workers for industry, logistics, trade, office work and construction. Ordering staff from
Henkilöstöliiga basically means that the workers are available for the client but they are on the Henkilöstöliiga payroll.
Henkilöstöliiga can also take an assignment to recruit permanent staff. We have a wide personnel database of professionals in different fields and we are therefore quickly able to find the most suitable workers for interviews.
We continuously interview and survey motivated workers for our database. That is why we are well aware of their attitude and skills. Most of our employees are also willing to accept a permanent job so it is easy to recruit new staff through us.
If a client would like to test a worker before employment we can at first rent a worker for a certain period of time. This way the person works for a certain time for Henkilöstöliiga and after a while becomes a permanent employee in the client company.
We are also able to carry out an open recruitment where we together with the client define the job description and requirements for the person needed. After that we go through with the recruitment process. We take care of the whole selection process from the beginning to end so the client is able to concentrate on its know-how. At the end of the process we introduce the client the best suitable applicants for the job.
In our action we follow the common personnel service agreements (HPL YSE 2006). In case of work injuries our staff is insured in the insurance company Pohjola and the health care is provided with Suomen Terveystalo.
